Single Form or Document Support for family law Family Court Document Preparation

Family Court Document Preparation at T.M. Crownbridge Advisory Group provides structured, fixed-fee preparation and advisory support for individuals involved in family court proceedings, particularly litigants in person who require clarity, organisation, and procedural confidence.

Our role is strictly advisory and preparatory. We do not act as legal representatives or advocates. Instead, we support clients by helping them prepare clear, accurate, and court-ready documentation, organise evidence in a logical manner, and understand procedural requirements and timelines.

Family Court Document Preparation is especially valuable in matters involving child arrangements, case management hearings, or ongoing proceedings where multiple documents, statements, and evidence sets must be presented clearly. Poorly organised paperwork or unclear statements can undermine a client’s position or delay progress. Our approach focuses on structure, consistency, and court-appropriate presentation to ensure materials are coherent and easy for the court to follow.

Services include C100 form preparation for child arrangements applications, with section-by-section guidance to clarify issues, orders sought, and alignment with supporting evidence. We also provide statement drafting and refinement, ensuring statements are logically structured, chronologically organised, and written in an appropriate tone for family court proceedings. Additional support includes preparation of chronologies, issues lists, and evidence schedules, helping clients present complex matters in a clear and accessible format.

We further assist with court bundle structure and preparation guidance, including indexing and pagination planning, as well as procedural and hearing preparation support to help clients understand directions, timetables, and next steps. Where appropriate, Family Court Document Preparation may also include McKenzie Friend–type support limited strictly to non-advocacy assistance.

⚠️ We do not address the court, examine witnesses, or make submissions. All representation remains the responsibility of the client unless otherwise authorised.
