Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Fixed-Fee Services

If you cancel before work begins, we will normally refund in full. If work has started, a partial refund may apply based on work completed.

Digital & Advisory Services

Where work begins immediately at your request, statutory cancellation rights may be limited in accordance with UK consumer rules.

Consultations

Missed or late-cancelled consultations may not be refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles. Unused monthly capacity does not roll over.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
