Certain legal activities in England and Wales are subject to regulation and authorisation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). These activities include, among others, the conduct of litigation, representation in court, conveyancing, and probate services.

Our Position

T.M. Crownbridge Advisory Group is not authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Accordingly, our services are limited to advisory and consultancy work and do not include activities that require SRA authorisation.

We provide:

• Legal consultancy and case strategy

• Legal research and analysis

• Drafting of documents, correspondence, and submissions

• Commercial and business advisory services

• Negotiation and dispute-support assistance

We do not:

• Conduct litigation on behalf of clients

• Represent clients in court or exercise rights of audience

• Act as solicitors or provide reserved legal activities

T.M. Crownbridge Advisory Group is a sole trader practice, operated by Erick Turunga Maina, trading under the name T.M. Crownbridge Advisory Group.
